My Guac Recipe

Who doesn’t love guacamole? Especially during summer! It’s the perfect snack or side to complete your meal.

Plus, pretty sure it’s the law in SoCal to love avocados and guacamole 😉

Give me a margarita & guac and I’m set!

There’s really nothing fancy about my guac, but I am specific about two things: avocados must be Hass and lime, lots of lime.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Hass Avocados
  • 2-3 Limes
  • Yellow Onion
  • 1-2 Roma Tomato
  • Cilantro
  • Salt to taste

Directions:
Dice/Chop onion, tomato and cilantro into a medium sized bowl. Add avocado (without skin), squeeze limes, add salt to taste. Using a fork, mash avocado while simultaneously mixing all ingredients together.

Once everything is mixed, taste it- don’t be afraid to add more anything, especially lime. If limes are big and juicy, I will usually use all 3 for 2 regular sized avocados.

Serving will usually feed 4 people.

And there you have it, the perfect side or appetizer to complete your summer 🙂

Enjoy!
