If you received an item that does not work properly or have issues with the state a plant arrived in, you must contact me within 3 days of receipt.
We cannot offer return, refunds or credits on houseplants that have arrived for over 3 days.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, item item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For returns/exchanges, we will issue a pre-paid return label and send a new item as soon as there is movement in the return’s tracking.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Non-returnable and ineligible for refund items:
- Virtual Plant Consultations
- In-Person Consultations or Services
To complete your return, we require order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
